Delivery Policy

At Etnica, we offer worldwide shipping from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our express/priority orders have a 1-2 day processing time and a 1-2 day shipping time, resulting in a total of 2-4 business days in the US and Canada. For Europe, the total time is 5-10 business days and 5-10 business days for Australia and other international locations. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping timeline, and please allow up to 15 business days during holidays and sales.

To ensure prompt delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, including apartment, unit, and suite numbers. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been placed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination. All shipments crossing international borders are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Such fees are the customer's responsibility and not covered by the shipping fees paid to the shipping company.
